1.  About God

• That there is one eternally existent, infinite God, Sovereign Creator of the universe.  He alone is God, holy in nature, attributes, and purpose.  He reveals himself in three distinct persons, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit; the Trinity.

2.  About Jesus Christ

• Jesus, also called Christ, is the Son of God, the second person of the Trinity.  He is co-equal with the Father. Coming to earth through the incarnation of the Holy Spirit he was born of a virgin, lived a sinless human life, and offered himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all people by dying on a cross in Jerusalem.  It is through the shedding of his blood that we can be cleansed from sin.  He rose from the dead after three days to demonstrate his power over both sin and death.  He ascended to the Father but will visibly return again to earth to reign and rule as King and Lord of all.

3.  About the Holy Spirit

• The Holy Spirit is co-equal with the Father and the Son of God, the third person of the Trinity.  He is present in the world to make mankind aware of their need for salvation through Jesus Christ.  He is present in every Christian from the moment of salvation.  He provides the Christian with power for living obediently before God, wisdom for spiritual understanding, and guidance for knowing and accomplishing God's will in their life.

4.  About the Bible

• Written by human authors under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit, the revealed Word of God, the Bible, includes the 66 books of the Old and New Testament.  It is the only Divine source of truth for Christian beliefs and living.  Inspired by God's Spirit, we believe it comes to us, as originally written, without error.
