We Believe:
We believe in one God - the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit
We believe in the plenary inspiration of the Bible, Old and New Testament, which inerrantly reveals God's will and everything we need for a life of faith and following Jesus.
We believe that sin separates us from God, and that sin is both depravity (original sin) and actual sin (knowingly disobeying God)
We believe you must repent of your sin to be saved, and that atonement comes only through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ
We believe that each person has been granted the freedom by God to choose between right and wrong. We myst choose to receive God's grace and then choose to live out His grace. A person can forfeit their salvation, even though they have been a Christian, if they choose to continue in Sin.
We believe that the person who believes in Jesus Christ is forgiven of all sin, made a new creation in Christ, and is adopted into God's family.
We believe that Christians are called to a life of surrender to God. Believers may be "entirely sanctified" by the holy spirit and freed from the tyranny of sin. There is a marked distinction between a pure heart and a mature character, and every believer is called to grow in grace.
We believe in the church, the covenant community of faith, called together by the holy spirit.
We believe that Baptism and the Lord's Supper are sacraments commanded by Jesus, whereby the grace of God is ministered to His church.
We believe that God can and does heal the sick, and God also heals through the means of medical science.
We believe that Jesus Christ will return
We believe in the bodily resurrection of every person, the final judgment, in which every person will appear before God and that all believers will enjoy eternal life and those who choose not to repent will receive eternal judgment.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide an atmosphere for children to start their relationship with God and grow to become like Christ.
"God planned that those he had chosen would become like His Son."
Romans 8:29 NIrV

DOING LIFE TOGETHER
Life groups are an essential part of all we do at Trinity Church. As our church grows larger at our weekend Celebration Services, we must grow smaller during the week. LIFE groups are a great way to meet new friends, grow in your relationship with God, and make a difference in today's world.
At Trinity Church, we believe that life is like a team sport -- It's best lived and done together! So we want to encourage you to check out one of our LIFE groups. It's a great way to meet new people and grow in your faith at the same time.
For more information about how to get involved, check out the links to the right, or click here !
Why Should I join
a LIFE Group?
FAQ's
No other habit can do more to transform your life and make you more like Jesus than to study and act upon God's word. To be a healthy disciple of JEsus, feeding on God's word must be your first priority. Jesus called it "abiding." He said, "If you abide in my word, then you are truly disciples of mine" (John 8:31 NASB). By the end of our 40 day study, our goal is that you would...
LOVE the word of God like you've never loved it before
LEARN the word of God like you've never learned it before
LIVE the word of God like you've never lived it before
God's word is not meant just to inform you, but to TRANSFORM you. God never meant for Bible study to simply increase our knowledge. Receiving, reading, researching, remembering, and reflecting on the Bible is useless if we fail to put God's word into practice. The apostle James says that if we want our lives to be blessed by God we must become "doers of the word" (James 1:22-25 KJV).
Jesus says both knowing and applying the Word createes the foundation for our lives: "Everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock" (Matthew 7:24 NIV). In order to become Christlike, we must become living translations of God's Word.
God's word is unlike any other book. It is alive. When God speaks, your life will be transformed, but that can only happen by making the Bible the authoritative standard for your life: the compass you rely on for direction, the counsel you listen to for making wise decisions, and the benchmark you use for evaluating everything. The Bible must always have the first and last word in your life.
Our hope is that this sissino of life groups will become the most important days of your life as you LOVE God's Word, LEARN God's Word, and LIVE God's Word.
Get involved in a life group...you won't regret it!
G ather to share life together : Relationships are an essential in life. A LIFE Group gives you the opportunity to meet new friends and get to know people at a deeper level.
R ead and study God's Word : Preaching and teaching is one way of communication. In a LIFE group setting, you can ask questions, participate in a discussion of the text, and hear others share insights and illustrations of the truth you are trying to grasp.
O pportunities to serve one another : One of the greatest joys of being in a LIFE group is the chance to bear others burdens, serve their needs, and stop out beyond your own issues. LIFE groups provide their members with their primary support in times of crisis, change, and stress.
U nite to give witness of the gospe l: In a LIFE group, you will have a natural way to share Christ with friend, relatives, and work associates. Your unbelieving friends can ask questions and express honest doubts without feeling "put on the spot"
P raise God and worship our Savior : Worship happens anytime we focus on God. Gathering in a life group allows you to deepen your understanding of worshpi and experience it at a very intimate level. Worship is a lifestyle that can be lived out in a LIFE group.
How much time is this going to take?
Small groups meetings last approximately 1.5 hours each -- thirty minutes for snacking and hanging out; one hour for Bible Study. Groups typically meet six to ten weeks depending on the study. As LIFE group members develop community, they most likely will want to spend even more time together.
How much do I have to know about the Bible?
Nothing...LIFE groups are all about learning the Bible, not debating it or being tested on it. There will be seasons when all LIFE groups will study curriculum that coincides with the sermon series. This is when the greatest personal spiritual growth happens. This is reason enough to be in a LIFE group.
Will I have to pray out loud?
No, you are allowed to move and grow at your own pace. When you want to share a prayer concern or pray out loud, you will be encouraged to do so.
Am I going to have to talk, or can I just sit and listen?
LIFE groups are like a family -- sometimes you talk, sometimes you listen. No one is forced to talk or to lead the group. As the group develops, people become much more comfortable. We have discovered that people who seldom speak up in large group settings, will talk in LIFE groups.
Will there be homework?
Most LIFE group studies will not have mandatory homework. Occasionally there will be optional support resources such as devotions, podcasts, supplemental reading, and so forth.
Will there be childcare available?
Each LIFE group has various childcare solutions: hire a sitter for the group, have another home near the host home with a parent keeping them, adults rotate keeping the kids in a bonus room, use childcare provided during regular ministry times (Wednesday nights) at the church, etc.
If I don't like it, can I leave the group?
Yes, but most people build such community that they don't want to stop being a part of the LIFE group.
Are there LIFE group options available on-campus?
Yes, we have limited space available for our groups to meet in our "E" Building. However, we encourage the majority of our groups to meet in homes off campus.
Who else is going to be in the group?
Groups are formed on a first come, first serve basis with sign-ups. Each group will beet from six to ten weeks (depending on the study). At the end of the time period, each person can choose to continue with the group or not. This allows you to time to try a group, while also having the assurance that there is a comfortable way out. This also creates an environment to meet new people, as no small group remains the same from one semester to another.
